"but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 8:12 NASB
"In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, but yourselves being thrown out." Luke 13:28 NASB
"The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all stumbling blocks, and those who commit lawlessness, and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth" Matthew 13:41-42 NASB
"So it will be at the end of the age; the angels will come forth and take out the wicked from among the righteous, and will throw them into the furnace of fire; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 13:49-50 NASB
“But when the king came in to look over the dinner guests, he saw a man there who was not dressed in wedding clothes, and he *said to him, ‘Friend, how did you come in here without wedding clothes?’ And the man was speechless. Then the king said to the servants, ‘Bind him hand and foot, and throw him into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ For many are called, but few are chosen.” Matthew 22:11-14 NASB
"the master of that slave will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour which he does not know, and will cut him in pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 24:50-51 NASB
"Throw out the worthless slave into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 25:30 NASB
"And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:12-15 NASB
Read those first 7 passages carefully. Go one step further. Go read the rest of the chapter around each one. THEN read the part from Revelation.
People get mad at people because of saying something or not saying something. For doing something or not doing something.
If we find ourselves repeating ourselves that is fuel on the fire to the smoldering anger at others when we ourselves chose incorrectly.
Yes I said we. We blame others before we take the blame ourselves. It began with Adam and Eve. Then they both turned on God!
I promise you that these people will be both blaming others and God for the guilty verdict against them.
Breaking News: God is the Creator of the Universe. He sets the rules. We are not.
But realizing all too late that you were so close to Salvation but you threw it away, THAT is a huge part of why there's weeping here. Crying because they said no. They want a do over. They just needed a second chance. Look at the story of the Rich man and Lazarus. It's spelled out plainly that there are no second chances after death.
Scripture also says it is appointed for man once to die, then comes the judgment.
Look it up. It's there.
I would you rather know and have a solid chance to be saved and be mad at me for that, than to watch you be with countless trillions of others who are not found in the book of Life.
They weep because they have no hope.
Consider it well that Jesus made sure it was repeated SEVEN times! SEVEN!
Those raging in anger at this same place refuse to acknowledge the authority of Jesus. Yet they too will kneel down and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Don't waste another moment, please don't!
For God so loved YOU that He gave His only begotten Son, that if YOU believe in Him, YOU will not perish but have everlasting life.
He became the sacrifice necessary to save YOU.
Please make sure today that you know where you are going!
"But the righteousness based on faith speaks as follows: “Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ (that is, to bring Christ down), or ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).” But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in Him will not be disappointed.” Romans 10:6-11 NASB
Salvation is just that...to be saved from a pending trial. Will you have Jesus defend you or will you attempt to represent yourself? Remember the old saying, which is imminently true, he who defends himself has a fool for a client.
Please consider your life today. It may be going bad or good right now. Could be full of stress or not.
If you want life and a hope, come to Christ today.
